Rhela Morris is a
Certified Fitness Trainer
who is employed with Virginia Cardiovascular  Specialists.  She is certified in CPR and AHA and an honor graduate of Stratford Institute Fitness and Nutrition.  Rhela is currently working on her Strength Training and Conditioning Certification thru International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).

About Us
Rhela's City Stryders Incorporated is a local walking club in Richmond, Virginia that was created to help individuals to use walking as the starting point to achieving their health and fitness goals.

Our organization was formed in March of 2007, following the Ukrops 10k Race.  We are a non-profit organization that is in process of pursuing our 501(c)3 status.  Since our conception, we have grown significantly.  We currently have 15 members and two walking coaches... Rhela Morris and Alison Allen.  We are an active group who prides ourselves on having fun while staying in shape. 

We meet every Saturday morning at 7:30am in Bryan Park located in Richmond, Virginia.  New members are welcome at anytime.


Our Mission
Our mission is to help everyone "Walk your way to a better you" by getting people active and motivated to enjoy a healthier lifestyle.   Rhela's City Stryders is also committed to developing culinary and fitness programs that will educate obese children and their families and ultimately assist the entire family in living healthier lives.

To help everyone to become fit and to live healthier lives.
